Compressed Edge Fragment Sampling. Edge requires 2*32 bits. Only some 16 bits partially. available in IP header (IP ID). Encoding. 5 bits distance. 3 bits fragment ID. 4 bits fragment. 4 bits partial checksum. Fragmentation. 8*4 bit of curr  next. 8*4 bit of hash(curr)  hash(next). Indexed by fragment ID.
